Online Collection Instrument – User Research activities

The Scotland’s Census 2021 programme is undertaking user research work to support and inform the development of the online collection instrument which the general public will access to complete their census questionnaires online in 2021.

The research is being taken forward on behalf of Scotland’s Census 2021 by Taylor McKenzie Research & Marketing (TMK). TMK are currently recruiting people from a range of communities and population groups to assist us with this research. It is possible you may receive a call from them asking you if you’d like to take part.
